REGISTRATION

  REGISTRATION FEES  
All delegates must register for the Congress.

The Cadaver Lab will take place at Humanitas University on 4 February 2027. Participation is limited to 45 hands-on attendees, with two participants assigned to each anatomical specimen.

The Congress will be held at Monte Rosa 91 on 5–6 February 2027.
Attendance is limited to 280 participants.

Delegates wishing to attend both events are required to complete two separate registrations: one for the Cadaver Lab and one for the Congress.

Cadaver Lab 4 February € 2600 (22% VAT included)
Congress 5-6 February € 1900 (22% VAT included)

Social dinner on 5 February € 250 (10% VAT included)

The registrations fees include:

  • entrance to the scientific programme
  • entrance to the exhibition area
  • coffee breaks and lunches
  • certificate of attendance

  REMITTANCE 

Registration fees shall be paid by credit card or bank transfer (within 5 days) through the on-line system available on the congress web site.
When paying by bank transfer, a copy of the transfer receipt must be sent to the organizing secretariat. Registrations without proof of payment will not be accepted.
On-site registrations can be paid only by credit card or cash. Cheques will not be accepted.

  CURRENCY  

Registration fees and charges for all events related to the MFI Academy 2027 must be paid in euros.

  INVOICING and NAME CHANGING  

When filling out the online registration form the Secretariat strongly recommend to pay particular attention to the Invoicing page.
Before registering, carefully check who the invoice shall be headed to and make sure you have all relevant information:

  • header
  • address
  • VAT code
  • fiscal code (for Italians only)
  • PO number (if required)

Make sure the invoice details/name spelling you are going to indicate are the correct ones. In case of requests for data corrections and/or invoice re-issuing due to wrong data submission, the Organising Secretariat will apply a fee of € 50,00 for each new document re-issued, which shall be paid in advanced.

  CANCELLATION AND REFUND  

Cancellations must be sent in writing to the organizing secretariat.

The amount equal to 30% of the fee paid will be refunded for cancellations received by 30 September 2026.

From 1 October 2026 no refunds will be issued.
All refunds will be paid in euros after the congress.

  CANCELLATION OF THE CONGRESS  

The congress secretariat reserves the right to cancel the congress, shift venue, or change dates without notice in case of “force majeure”.

Neither MZ Events nor the Congress Organizing Committee shall be liable for any damage claims.

  LIABILITY AND INSURANCE  

Registration fees do not include the insurance of participants against personal accidents, sickness and cancellations by any party, theft, loss or damage to personal possessions. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance to cover travel, accommodation, cancellation and personal effects.
